It was time again: all colleagues from Frankfurt, Böblingen and Switzerland met for our LuArtX IT Kick-Off 2024. First, we had lunch together and then the management, Yvonne Miglar, presented the strategy as well as projects/assignments etc..
Then a lot of fun, joy and ambition came into play: our team event “Crazy Contest” started. The employees were divided into three teams and had to complete various tasks in a specific time sequence.
Fun games included: quickly building a tower, throwing a bottle up so that it remained straight on the table, pulling “nuts” on and off a stick and a mental arithmetic test, etc. It was a real challenge. It was a real challenge. At the end of the day, we were treated to a 5-course meal.
The next day began with a workshop. Teams were formed according to task areas. They then worked together to develop ideas and solutions for the current year. The results were later presented to the entire team.
