You always have the latest software status when you sign a maintenance contract with us. With your personal customer login you have access to the latest software package and patches and are free to download and install the software.
When you sign a maintenance contract with us you get….
- Customer Login: In this portal all new Software versions, updates and patches are available for download. If you need a Version not available in the Login, just contact us. At least one software update is available per year.
- Hotline: You can use the Support Hotline without facing additional cost. The Hotline is available Mo – Thur: 09:00 am – 16: 30 pm and on Friday 09:00 am – 15:00 pm. Just call the number +49 7031 304748-9
- Web-Ticketing: If you need assistance use our Web-Ticketing System as well. It is free of charge for all maintenance customers.
- Participation at reduced fees e.g. User Meetings
- Check your installation if needed
- If available training documents
What is not covered by the maintenance contract:
- Installation of the software package:
The customer will commission and install the products himself and check the usability on his system himself.
- Set-up ENV files and adapt MicroStation configuration files Note, in the Connect Version there are no more ucf and pcf files.

Please note that the user needs admin rights on the computer and the software (MicroStation, CARF and ENV files) has been downloaded.
- Please mention when MicroStation v8i or Connect also needs to be installed (e.g. set-up).
