CARF Highlight series labeling part 1

In the labeling function, it was only possible to a limited extent to read out or transfer information of existing labels and thus to change them:

1. Button to take over and pass (change) existing captions.

The following information is now taken into account:

2. scale and SET
3. text definitions,
4. and graphical information
   

The transfer dialog offers a variety of options for:

1. The selection of the labels to be changed.
2. Options for the transfer of the labeling information
